It is def a Philips spare, your seller has replaced the original - THe proper unit is model AY3192/05 - Made in china - 5v 2n output 100-240 input, its the plug in brick type.
I think you will have a shock when you get the price for a Philips replacement, I have a 110 volt version (US purchased) so you canhave that off me if you get a 110 transformer from Maplin etc.
