Greetings, I am new here this is my first post. I have an MX-900 that I am setting up for use on a television show. We are just now learning how to program URC's products so that we can eventually use the MX-3000 as a prop on a major tv show.
I have studied the online training guides and completed the programming tutorial for the MX-900 and been able to make it work great with a couple of exceptions.
I had to "learn" the IR codes from a Media Center (2005) remote control and managed to get everything working properly, however the thumb navigator button (left, right, up and down as well as select) only work once each. In other words if I am on a screen that allows navigation of menus to the left or right, or up and down I can only go one setp left or one step right and conversely one step up or one step down.
The same thing happens when I try to use the channel up or down buttons. I can only go up one channel or back to the previous channel. I cannot continue selecting channels (up or down).
Anyone have a quick solution for that? I have gone back through the training sessions to try and find the missing link to no avail.
