I'm having the same kinds of problems with my MX-3000 as others have stated that they are having with the MX-900. Occationally I will press a button, it beeps, nothing happens, then 3 seconds later the MRF-300 and the associated IR flasher will blink. Also, occationally I'll press a button, it beeps and nothing happens, no MRF-300 or flasher blink. The code wheel on the MRF-300 is set to F. I changed it to 0 to check for RF interference and had none, although I didn't leave it on 0 for more than a minute. I am using the current software. As of October 14 it says no new updates are available. The date code on the MX-3000 is 040905. I bought it and didn't do much with it but I am working with it now and have encountered this problem.
Was this a known problem with the older MX-3000 that has now been corrected? Has anyone else had similar experiences?
