Thanks for all that, appreciate the support.
The problem with buying local is that they all want to become millionaires overnight here in Aust. The MX3000 and a MRF350 = $2500 au which equals $1946 US.
As you can see the price difference is just plain rude! I want to buy from an Authorised US dealer, but if I cant I will have to buy from ebay as I refuse to pay $2500 au for what costs a fraction of the price in the US.
I looked at the Marantz and Philips range but I need addressible IR ports that the Universal MRF offers but the Marantz/Philips doesnt.
Its all such a headache!
