OK, I finialy got it to work
I did it a different way
I programmed a button on page 2 to Tivo device 'menu'
Then programmed a button on page 2 to TV 'input 1'
Then programmed my main Tivo button on page one by using 'record' and used the 'tree' to go to each button with the commands I wanted.
Hope this make since, but it works
