One thing that I noticed was that a new update is available.
When I click on "Yes" to start the process, it starts
downloading things, then I get an error message that says
"Fail to save patch file". The update process then appears
to just hang. I then click on "Close" and am able to
do things with the software.
How do I go about updating the software?
Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I am able to update the software on my desktop, but I get a simular error message on my laptop.
