Is the remote showing up in the dock of Parallels? Try opening the Device Manager and then plug in the remote. The remote should show up. If it doesn't, that means Parallel's isn't letting it connect. If it does show up, but not not named, then you need to install the driver. Don't let the computer search for the driver, find it manually. The driver is in Program Files > Universal Remote > MX-880 > Drivers > {Operating System} > x86. If it does show up and is named, try reinstalling the driver (same as above).
