just got mx900 and can't get the remote to communicate with the remote. I am using Fusion with my mac and windows but when I hit download to remote it says
unable to conect sc-1
unable to connect ct1
Everything with usb controller on fusion appears to be on and can't find error codes anywhere. what am I doing wrong? thanks
