Great, thanks Guys I have just ordered my remote. I too had read 2 really good reviews How come the mags are so far off the mark is that they are too much in the advertisers pocket? Well lesson learnt the forums only provide true user info.I will have to wait and see. I have an RU980 that went wrong and philips customer sevice was totally c**p. They really seem to take custom for granted here in the UK and as there are really no alternatives it is difficult as a user to punish them. Any thoughts anyone?
