I have a Universal Remote MX-850 with a 2nd RF base station that i would like to learn windows media center IR codes into, Has any one done this? Could this be as simple as sticking an emitter to the front of the IR/USB interface that comes with the Windows Media Remote control? Does anyone know if the IR codes are even of a suitable frequency range to learn into the MX-850? I would love to use my RF remote to control my PC from another room.
