Hi guys,

I realize that many of you don't have this model yet, but I'm having trouble synching the remote with my computer.

I'm using Virtual PC on Mac OS X and while VPC recognizes the remote it isn't passing the signal to PENG properly. I have an escalated incident # with Connectix, the manufacturer of VPC, but I don't think they are going to make any changes to accommodate the Pronto.

The only suggestion they have had so far is to initiate an upload or download FROM the Pronto. They said that it is same workaround used to sync any USB device that doesn't keep a constant connection, like a PDA. They are confident that this will work, but I didn't think it was possible. This is my first Pronto, so I'm not really sure of all of it's capabilities.

I have a Dell I can use once and a while, but it would be much easier to do everything from my Mac.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
