I've had a TSU3000 and the corresponding charging
base since they became available. I've had no
problems with the rechargeable battery until recently.
I decided replace the original battery with the
ProntoWizard battery. The ProntoWizard battery
came with about half a charge...and works fine.
However, I can't get that battery to charge either.

When I place the Pronto on the charging base the
charging indicator shows that the battery is charging.
But even after leaving it in the charging base
overnight the battery did not receive a charge.
I've checked the pins (all appear OK) and even
swapped the AC adaptor from my old TSU1000...same
thing.

My wife recalls the charging base had a light
that shines when the base is connected to an outlet
(she recalls it being blue). Currently, there
is no light coming from charging base when it
is connected to the outlet.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried upgrading the System Firmware?
