The "default" duration is used to describe the XML markup for the duration flagged in ConfigEdit.xml as "lessthan"WHILEPRESSED/"greaterthan".

However, if the button is used in a Macro, WHILEPRESSED really has no meaning so as a result, some IR codes were not being transmitted long enough so they had to add the minimum duration as a replacement for "lessthan"WHILEPRESSED/"greaterthan".
