just got myself a marantz rc9500. been trying to connect it to my pc, and i'm having problems. tried looking at all the threads and i couldn't find anything abt it.
I keep getting a battery too low warning for a firmware update as well as a pcf download.
Tried it on my windows 98 and winxp mce2005 edition. both didn't work. the usb is working i think. Tried resetting the unit, unclipped the battery and clipping it back, restarted the pc... everything... the battery is fully charged though so i'm really not sure whats wrong... maybe its the wrong battery? i bought the unit second hand... the unit works flawlessly on its own though, just that i wanted to update it with adam holts pcf.

Any clues guys?

PS: i fully charged it and kept it on the dock too...
