I just spoke with Philips, and they told me that this is the nature of this remote (TSU3500). Has to do with the quality of touch screen and the fact that the software goes through error checking to make sure the correct button was pushed and then sends the command. Not usually noticeable unless trying to go at a fast pace such as a guide.

If anyone knows of a workaround let me know. Also if the Philips tech is full of it let me know as well, and I will continue to try and fix my issue.

As for sending the remote back....I just got a big veto by the wife. She like the accurately labled buttons too much to give it up.
