I'm nearly certain that is not correct.

The learned signals match the structure of a common protocol used by thousands of other devices. They are too consistent to be learning errors.

Go to features and tips on how to learn IR.

Also you can try to use the other remote you have to send
the IR to the pronto to be learned.

I'm don't know what, if anything, might solve this problem, but relearning the signals won't.

Maybe reloading the firmware into the Pronto.
