then I have already done that, and tried them all.

Also tried using my other learning remote to program the Prono, but same result.

Wonder if this could be that the Pronto hardware is just not up to snuff, and cannot process info fast enough.

If it wan't for the 20% restock fee +shipping +insurance I would have sent it back (and the fact that my wife loves the remote).

I love the customization, but feels to lag. Can live with it in most cases, but the guide/PVR requires a faster communication that I am not sure the Pronto is able to handle. Maybe I am wrong, and there is an easy fix that I am just not seeing.
