All those symptoms keep pointing at there being something
else in the action list.
Only thing in the action list is:
"Learnt IR Code" and nothing else.
Is there a hard reset on this thing? I can try a hard reset and see if that helps.
I also tried downloading the orriginal .pcf back onto the remote, and then programed the 4 arrow keys on one of the devices, and same issue. Also this had one action only.
