Was not sure how to put a topic on this, but let me explain my issue.

I just purchased the TSU3500. I have put in my layout and programmed it with all working great, but one issue.

My PVR which is a pc with Beyond TV 4 with a Firefly Mini remote.

Here is my issue. When learning my Firefly Mini on the TSU3500 I hold the button on the Firefly Mini for about 4 sec. and the code shows success. I then try and use, and the response from the remote on the up, down, left, right arrows (Have tried hard and soft keys) are very unresponsive (work, but have to press, then wait for the change and then press again). In the past I could just hit the button as fast as I can and it scrolls through menues faster than I can read them. I can hold the button and not release and it scrolles through at a great speed. It is just when I click one at a time.

I found that I could fix my slow response issue by a change when learing the Firefly Mini. What I would do is press the direction keys as fast as I can on the Firefly remote, and valla all is responsive. I can press the direction keys on the remote as fast as I want to and all reponds great. However, now when I hold the key down and do not release it will not scroll through the menues at all.

When programming/learning I usually hold the buttons for about a second on the orriginal remote, but here I have tried from less than a sec all the way to the max time and cannot get the best of both worlds. Fast reponse and coninual scroll through menu.

I have a Sima SUR-25 learing remote, and it works just fine when learning my firefly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, and sorry for such a long post. Let me know if you need clarification.
