I've had no problems with Replay. I learned all the codes from the remote (including the numeric keys). To learn the codes I hit the button on the replay remote for about 2 seconds. Works fine every time.

I must say that I love the NEO with Replay. I've had various Pronto 1000s and 2000s and it was very fustrating negotiating the menus with a soft cursor. NEO works perfectly... Use the bottom 2 buttons on the NEO for 30 second skip foreward and skip backward and you'll be watching comercial-less TV with ease.
