I also am having the same problem. I see that people using the other pronto models are able to control their replay devices so it becomes more of a mystery to me. The Neo says it learn the same frequencies as the other models, yet it will not learn these. Does anyone know if it possible to copy the codes from the .ccf files into .ncf files. Iwould really appreciate any suggestions anyone has, as I really like the Neo, but this is very frustrating.
