I've been trying different things to get past the "Cycle of Death" on my laptop but so far no luck. The same software loads fine on my newer home computer. Somebody said remove the old files from windows/temp but I never know which files can be deleted from there and which the system needs. I deleted some but perhaps missed the "key file". Who has experienced and then made it past the wall? How did you do it?
PS: When I called Philips support they said they don't support the software. So, they got the money from the purchase but not the responsibility for support? What's with that? The tech support actually directed me to this website. I'd like to see whoever can answer the "cycle of death" problem get the portion of my purchase price which is deserved by the actual Phillips tech support...remote central!!!
