Well, this sucks. The remote would be great if I could use the sofware. I have tried using the disk that comes with it, and downloading NEOEdit from philips, nada

It will continually try to install, say a file is missing (but of course it won't specify which file) and then tell me to restart. If I restart, it wil go thru the whole process again. If I won't restart, it won't even let me get to windows, it just tries to install over and over again.

Any help is appreciated
