Keep your receipt and box just in case. There's a lot I like about the Neo and a lot I don't. I tend to agree with some others in the opinion that the Neo is not ready for prime time. However, It all depends on your components. The list of built in codes is skimpy at best and there is no compatability with Pronto ccf files. If you plan on Lutron remote controlled lighting and discrete codes for your equipment, expect to make a part time job out of the Neo. I may still exchange mine for a TSU2000.
