I got mine about a week ago and must say I like it. My only complaint is that the NeoEdit software isn't idiot proof. Several times I've "lost" configurations because I forgot to upload to the new before learning new codes or forgot to save before downloading from the neo. It seems the main problem is the neoEdit software lets you have the same file open in different windows which burned me quite a few times. Another issue is that the supplied library operated about 1/2 the buttons on 1/2 of my devices. the other 3/4 just didn't work at all and I had alot of ir learning to do. I've also found learning can be tricky. if you have trouble learning one button, skip it and come back later. chances are it will work. I think it has something to do with holding the button to long or not long enough???
