The 3200 has 2 Hardbuttons more. The Pronto Neo is preprogammed.
If you buy a 3200, be sure to get one, that is not so long in the store. Because they changed the chipset(maybe Pronto Neo too).
My 3200 (with new chipset) works fine. I tested the old one before buying and this thing was bullshit.
