The only way I can think of to fix your problem,
is learn it to a Pronto then, since it seems to
be a Neo
issue. Then convert the Pronto HEX to Neo. I know
that I could learn some codes to my MX-1000 that
wouldn't learn on the Neo, they seemed to be Burst
IR codes.

Well, if there is any Pronto owner that would be so kind to lear the Sanyo on/off code on his Pronto and put this hexcode on Remotecentral, that would be very nice.
