The only way I can think of to fix your problem, is learn it to a Pronto then, since it seems to be a Neo
issue. Then convert the Pronto HEX to Neo. I know that I could learn some codes to my MX-1000 that wouldn't learn on the Neo, they seemed to be Burst IR codes.
