Actually I tried to learn the on/off button on a friend's Crisp Solutions UCommand 515, and it worked like a charm. However, neither using the original Sanyo remote nor the Ucommand did enable the PronteNEO to learn the on/off code.
I bet it must be some incompatibility with the Philips IR unit, or the learning software it uses...
Anyway, ofcourse I would like to contact Sanyo about it, but I don't know how. They don't have a learning-remote-support e-mail address on their corporate website, I guess ;)
Still, any help would be greatly appreciated!
