I need help, I just got a prontoNEO. Right from day one the claibration was off a little, but I could live with it. I decided to download the firmware update & the NEOedit software so I could begin programming it.
After sucessfully uploading the firmware update & the neoedit configuration changes I made. The remote automatically restarted. Right after the opening screen, it asks you to calibrate the screen. I have tried to get past this screen like 150 times (no joke) but it won't. It keeps on saying that the calibration failed.
I have tried to reset it, cancel the action, press and hold mode button, pressing multiple buttons, shaking it, cursing at it, but nothing will get it out of that programming loop. I have no warranty/recourse from where I bought it.
The Philips Tech people suggested that I post something here and see if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks,
Trevor
