Found out that the software dowloaded from the Harmony site does not handle the use of a foreign language locale. After changing the locale to English(US) the tutor does start. But now I got a new problem.
When the tutor is up and running showing the text "Currently searching for a infrared signal" nothing happens no matter what I do. I have tried with several remotes at different distances, holding the buttons down for both short and prolonged periods, but nothing happens.
I am not sure about what I should do now. Any ideas?
The network connection seems to be fine, since I am able to reach the harmonyremote.tzo.com site. One thing though, I am behing a NAT/firewall gw, a SMC 7008BR box. Could this have anything to say?
