here is my feedback, based on limited (3 days) experience:

Easy set up (I guess having broadband internet helps), nice (very) little and light weight unit, very easy to use for non-gadget person (spouse, kids...). This will save me from writing up yet another "How to use all of the stuff I keep buying" essay. Built in "Help" function. Just in case - responsive customer service (email, no need to waste your time on the phone). So far, I am very impressed.

Range: I am about 14 feet from my TV, no problem. Probably not as much range as my MX-1000, but sufficient for me.

What it is not: Mega Remote that lets you control every thing in your house (with matching Icon) in all detail. It probably could though, except for the icon.

If you are looking for something that can control a "normal setup (TV, VCR, TIVO, DVD, Receiver) without user training, I don't see how you can beat it.
