Do you love your Harmony?
Would you buy it again, if given the choice?
If not, what would you get instead?
Is the IR signal strong enough?

Tom,
here is my feedback, based on limited (3 days) experience:
Easy set up (I guess having broadband internet helps), nice (very) little and light weight unit, very easy to use for non-gadget person (spouse, kids...). This will save me from writing up yet another "How to use all of the stuff I keep buying" essay. Built in "Help" function. Just in case - responsive customer service (email, no need to waste your time on the phone). So far, I am very impressed.
Range: I am about 14 feet from my TV, no problem. Probably not as much range as my MX-1000, but sufficient for me.
What it is not: Mega Remote that lets you control every thing in your house (with matching Icon) in all detail. It probably could though, except for the icon.
If you are looking for something that can control a "normal setup (TV, VCR, TIVO, DVD, Receiver) without user training, I don't see how you can beat it.

Axel, thanks for the feedback. I don't need to control anything beyond my HT components. Will I be able to: 1.Start DVD player 2. Start projector 3. Lower screen 4. Set up sound on receiver
as a "play DVD" operation? I haven't read or heard anything about contolling projectors and screens.

Tom,
I checked the web site, and they do have device set ups for projectors, so that should work. You should be able to set up a new device for the screen (I would think). I think you can go on the site and create a user profile even if you don't have a remote. That would allow you to see if you can set up your equipment. Or just email customer service, they respond quickly.

Thanks, Axel. I'll try to see what's on the website.

Tom,
On the Yahoo board somebody posted about using an X10 IR transmitter to control his lights, so I guess that could work on the screen? (Really guessing here...)
