Hi all,
We have been working on this issue and expect to have a solution promoted to the Harmony web site by noon tomorrow (Wed).
In the interim, a workaround is to go to your profile (My Profile) and change the Time Zone field to the "D.S" version of your time zone e.g. change "Eastern" to "Eastern D.S.". Following the fix, either time zone selection will work.
