I just updated my TV listings and they are still off by an hour.
I e-mailed customer service about this problem and they have not responded to my email.
There is also nothing on their web site about how to fix this problem.
I have a feeling there is no fix for the problem and they are afraid to tell us so they are just avoiding the situation all together.
