your incident # which helped a great deal.
Bose needs to be set to Language 36, which he did for
me.
Now I have a different problem, since the update my tv
goes on, but no picture!
Any one have any ideas on this one?
It sounds like your TV is not on the correct input try using the Help button on your remote to see if it corrects the problem
