Do all your activities need to have the TV on?
If so, then in Devices set the TV to be on all the time.
Then when you have finished, for the session, or for the
day, with TV, with all Activities, press the "off" button.
If not, and if you really want the TV to be off during
one or more Activities, then the Logi guy is right.
