No, not exactly. It has a DPDT relay -- in other words, dual pole, or two switches, dual throw, meaning a connection is made when the relay is energized and another connection is made when the relay is de-energized. It has two sets of contacts, but these switch at the same time. That means that the problem of blinds traveling at different speeds will not be overcome by using one CC12. You will need two, and they can be set to work from different IR codes.
