1) My new Sony DVD player gives me the choice of 48kHz/16 bit or 96kHz/24 bit settings. How do I know which one is correct? My amp. instructions don't show any info for that setting (Yamaha RX-V2095).
2) Also, should you use the DVD player Dolby Digital decoding or should you set it for PCM and use the decoder on the amp.?
