Monitor out of reciever(yellow)
to video input 1 on TV (yellow)
DVD red/white/yellow(rca cables) out to DVD red/white/yellow on reciever.
Vcr Rca out to vcr in on reciever.
TV audio out of TV to TV in on reciever
CB1

why have a nice system if you cant operate it, program the remote the right way the FIRST time!
