I get an error "can't upload configuration from
rc device" when I try yo upload into Pronto Edit.
Everything else works as it should. I installed
the firmware upgrade but that didn't help. Some
of my codes have to be learned by the remote and
if I can't upload the config then I can't make
any changes in PE and download them. Talked to
tech support and they were no help. Hope someone
has some ideas. Thanks.
