yes the only tivo codes preset into the urc200 are for address zero, so you have to abandon the preset codes and learn all commands from both tivo remotes set to an address other then zero.
If you have trouble learning the commands, i'm sure you will, its the urc200 fault. I have find the best way to teach is to have remote touching it head to head, and using short & abrupt presses of the tivo remote keys.
