This is to set up a Pronto, so macros are no problem. What would the macro sequence be though??

I know for the Toshiba set I have, pressing power>power (on Macro)with a short delay between the commands works great - there is a 'dead period after the command is issued during which the tv will not respond to other incoming commands. Is this the same for the receiver?
