Any URC with macro capability. You would require two macros, one for turning stuff on, and the other for turning it off.

Or you get a Harmony from EasyZapper when it comes out; check out the Universal Remotes forum here for information. It is a "state-control" remote: it knows what state your Devices are in, so you don't have to worry about discrete codes. ... Mike
