Dale the DTC-100 uses a VGA output. Some TV's like my Pioneer have both component and VGA so not a big deal. If you do not have VGA input on your tv you need whats called a transcoder. It takes the VGA and outputs component. The less expensive ones are around $99. Audio authority,RCA, and Key Digital to name a few make them. You might want to try Ebay. The DTC-100 with a transcoder will still be your best bet. It handles OTA well and would be cheaper then the other brands plus it has discretes which the other brands don't have.
