Your reference to a "fix", "script", or "testing" as in a test card, make me believe what you are looking for is a way to hack the security scheme.
DirecTV has done a nice job of closing the loopholes in the HU cards. The hackers are still trying to use power analysis techniques to break the cards, and having very limited success.
If you hold your breath for this solution, you'll just end up turning blue, and pass out.
