I think so. Last year I sent a bad 6000 in for a refurb, and the refurb I got does the same thing as yours. I think it's a loose connection (at least in mine). I noticed that it only really does it if I set it down hard. Not really hard but not gently either. Is that when yours does it? I've actually seen the screen black out when putting it down.
