I recently added an X-10 IR 543 tranceiver to my home theater setup. The unit is working fine during the evening, but during the day it seems to lock up (the light on the front remains on, and the buttons don't respond). If I place my hand in front of the IR sensor, the unit is fine again. I searched dejanews for this unit, and it seems that several other people have had their 543's "lock up". What should I do to minimize this? The room is pretty bright during daylight hours, but there is no flourescent lighting or anything. Thanks!
