I also got a SwitchLinc not too long ago, but I still haven't been able to program it through IR543 with Pronto, nor the Maxi Controller. You were able to program your SwitchLinc through PalmPad? That's something I haven't tried.
Sorry I can't help you here, but we're on the same boat.
