You might want to check to make sure the audio out cables are connected to a "fixed" and not a "variable" audio output of the TV. If the TV only has one output (like a HI-FI audio out), it is possible you may need to go into the TV's setup menu and change some audio settings. You want the output to be set to "fixed"
